This retreat is a full immersion into holistic wellness and Mayan culture. In this safe and serene setting, you’ll experience intention setting with cacao & micro-dosing, deep healing in our macro-dose ceremony and renewal through an ancient Temazcal sweat lodge, and so much more!
Daily yoga, breath-work and wellness workshops will be guided for enhanced relaxation and lasting wellbeing. We also include 1:1 integration sessions before and after our macro-dose ceremony, to ensure you experience the full healing potential of working with plant medicine.
Our goal is to provide you an immersive experience in the rainforest, where you can reset with nature, rewire your brain, experience deep emotional release and find enhanced Mind-Body-Soul connection.
